In October, 117 housing units were permitted, including 93
single- and 24 multi-family units. The top census tract for building permits
last month was 109.01 (Hampton Cove), where 26 units were permitted, all
single-family. This is a 31.6% decrease over October 2014, when 171 housing
units (84 single- and 87 multi-family) were permitted.

Would like to know what merchants are lined up for the Shoppes at Redstone? We (Boeing gateway) would love to see a coffee shop and a couple of eateries.
